Insanely Easy Biscuits and Gravy
*If you want to make this GF and V, you probably can! I haven't tried it, but I will soon!
Ingredients
Biscuits (I normally use Pillsbury brand flakey rolls, but recently being GF, I'm hopeful to find a GF version soon!)
Breakfast sausage (I normally use Jimmy Dean sausage in the tube, but I'm sure you could find a vegan ground breakfast sausage)
Flour (Again, I haven't tried this yet, but you could probably substitute corn startch, rice or coconut flour)
Oat milk
Black Pepper
Directions
1) Prepare biscuits according to package
2) Brown sausage until nearly fully cooked
3) Add 1-3 cups of oat milk to the pot, depending how much gravy you want. Bring to a boil
4) Lower to a simmer, add flour until it's reached the consistency you want. Remember it will thicken more once cooled
5) Pepper to your heart's desire
6) Serve over warm biscuits. Be impressed that you can't tell it's oat milk. Enjoy!
