Healthy Energy Balls
Ingredients
Peanut butter (no added sugar or salt, just peanuts) - a medium amount
Oats - a lot
Chia seeds- a dash
Honey - a drizzle
Vanilla - a splash
Shredded coconut - a few sprinkles
Dark chocolate chips - a handful
Directions
1) I'm going to be totally honest here. I have no measurements for you. I start off with about a cup of oats, maybe 3/4 cup peanut butter, and add everything else to taste. I mix it with my hands in a big bowl. If you're having trouble rolling them into balls, add more peanut butter until you can. What a recipe LOL you're welcome
2) Store in the fridge and enjoy!
